The 2021/22 light crop has just began and the expectations of most cocoa farmers in Ghana are dashed.The producer price is pegged be at GHC 660 per 64 kilograms of cocoa and a tonne goes for GHC 10,560.This was made known on 26th May, 2022 according Ghana news agency by the chief executive officer of Ghana Cocobod, Mr.Joseph Boahen Aidoo.
